Belief.market has something like this and it's tiered because who you refer might refer more people (like an MLM pyramid; exponential growth; more ways to earn) whereas Kalshi gives out a bonus to both you and the friend if those who you refer (friend) meet min requirements like min trades, funding acct, etc... within a short time window, i think 30 days.
